A person reads every message. Write to help@rightrepay.com, usually answered the same day, always within one business day.

Refunds. The kit is $29 once, with a 14-day refund and no questions asked. Email help@rightrepay.com from the address you bought with and the refund goes back to the same card within a few days. Your card statement reads RIGHTREPAY* PLANKIT.

Signing in. Open your account and enter the email you used. We send a sign-in link and a six-digit code; either one works. If nothing arrives within a minute, check spam and promotions, and make sure it is the email you gave at the questions or at checkout.

Where your plan is. After you pay, your plan lives at rightrepay.com/plan on any device you sign in to: the ranking with the math, the switching steps, the pre-filled IDR form, the answer sheet and the timeline. Documents are generated from your answers when you download them, so they are always current.

Changing your answers. Use "Edit my answers" on the ranking page. The plans re-rank on the spot and, if you have the kit, the form and the steps update with them.

Reminders. If you opted in, we email you before the deadline in your ranking and before recertification. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off in your account.

Your data. Your loan file is read in your browser and never uploaded. To delete everything we keep, email help@rightrepay.com from the account address; it is gone within 7 days. Details in the privacy policy.

Something looks wrong in a ranking. Tell us the plan and the number. Every rule links to its source, and if we made a mistake we fix it for everyone and tell you what changed.
