What you are buying. The plan kit is a one-time purchase of $29 that unlocks your top-ranked federal repayment plan with the reasons, a switching guide, a PDF report, the official request form with your details entered, an application answer sheet, a saved checklist, and reminder emails if you want them. It is produced by software from the rules published by the U.S. Department of Education and the figures you provide.
What it is not. Right Repay is not a law firm, a financial advisor, a credit counselor, a debt relief service, a loan servicer, or a government agency. It does not contact your servicer, submit applications for you, negotiate on your behalf, or promise any outcome, including forgiveness. The choice of plan and the application are yours.
Accuracy. Projections use the rules in force on the date shown in your kit and assume flat income and a stated tax rate. Your servicer's calculation is the one that bills you, and rules can change. Check the application confirmation you receive from studentaid.gov against the kit.
Refunds. Email help@rightrepay.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Your account. Your account is the email address you use at checkout or when you ask for your comparison. Sign-in links are sent to that address and expire. Keep the address current; we cannot verify identity by any other means.
Your data. See the privacy page. In short: your loan file is read on your device and is never uploaded; your answers and the parsed loan list are saved only when you ask for an email or buy the kit.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldCFO, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the kit, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Operator. FieldCFO, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Governing law: Delaware. Questions: help@rightrepay.com.
